Can frozen or chilled products be delivered?
To maintain food quality and comply with food safety requirements, frozen, chilled and other temperature-controlled products are currently available for Click & Collect only.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been packed, we'll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has entered the packing or dispatch process, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Can I order online from anywhere in New Zealand?
Yes. We deliver shelf-stable groceries and household products throughout New Zealand. During checkout, you can choose either Home Delivery or Click & Collect from our Panmure store.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to health and food safety requirements, we cannot accept returns of opened food products or perishable goods unless they are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly. Returns are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable New Zealand consumer laws.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email your courier tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?
Yes. Please let us know in advance and ensure the authorised person has your order confirmation when collecting your order.

No. You can complete your purchase as a guest. Creating a free account simply makes future shopping quicker and more convenient.

Yes. We deliver to residential and business addresses throughout New Zealand.
